During peak season, a two night minimum is required on weekends, 3 nights on holidays. Thirty days prior to arrival, we require a deposit of one night’s room and tax. Once the deposit is charged, a $25 processing fee will be retained for cancellations. You are responsible for the number of nights reserved. Any changes or cancellations within one week, we will retain your deposit and charge the remainder of your stay.
